Cruise firm recruits for a globetrotting retail experience

Fancy a life on the open seas? If your answer is “Aharrr! That I be, shipmate!”, then we might have just the role for you.

That’s because the Liverpool Echo reports Starboard Cruise Services is on the lookout retail managers and assistants to travel the world working in stores on board cruise ships.

The firm’s staff get to sail the globe, stopping off in destinations in the Caribbean, Alaska, Australia, Europe, South America and Asia.

Interested applicants need at least two years’ department store management experience and two years’ experience leading a large retail team.
