McDonogh appointed CEO at Morgan McKinley

Aldagh McDonogh has taken over the reins as CEO at Morgan McKinley.
In a statement, released yesterday, the multinational professional services recruiter revealed McDonagh (above, right), who joined the agency as transformation director in 2010, succeeds current group CEO and founder Pat Fitzgerald (above, centre), who takes the role of executive chairman in a role that sees him chair the board of Morgan McKinley and step back from his direct operational role. He will continue to represent the company as its overall founder and guiding influence, according to the company.
Meanwhile, Shane Doherty (above, left) is appointed chief financial officer. Morgan McKinley added its appointments are part of a strategic succession programme, established by the founding directors of the company, which is specifically designed to empower continuing leadership, growth and development from within the business.
