Parliamentary bill raises concerns over recruiters’ liability in unpaid trial shifts

Concerns have been raised over whether recruiters could fall foul of National Minimum Wage rules in future should they organise unpaid trial work shifts on behalf of their clients.
The warning comes ahead of a Private Members’ Bill seeking to make unpaid trials illegal getting its second parliamentary reading tomorrow.
