Flexible jobs for all and paternity pay for agency workers, recommends report

Employers could increasingly turn to agency workers to mitigate the effects of a report recommendation that all new jobs should be advertised as flexible.
The report also calls for fathers who are agency workers to be eligible for paternity pay with the same eligibility requirements as agency worker mothers have for maternity pay.
