Thurston Group creates manufacturing jobs in East Yorkshire

East Yorkshire’s manufacturing sector is to be boosted to the tune of 60 new jobs.

Hull Live reports the Thurston Group has expanded its East Yorkshire presence with the opening of a new six-acre manufacturing facility in Ottringham, Holderness.

According to the news site, the new factory, which will produce bespoke modular accommodation for a range of sectors, including education, healthcare, construction and housing, has created 60 jobs initially but the number is expected to rise during the next year.
