End of 9 to 5 working means recruiters must be more flexible

As more and more workers shun the traditional 9 to 5 working day, recruiters have been urged to take flexible working requests from consultants seriously or run the risk of discrimination claims.

Reporting on a YouGov survey this morning, the BBC revealed just 6% of people in the UK now work 9 to 5, with almost half of these people working flexibly in arrangements such as job sharing or compressed hours.
