Finnish Lapland looks for elves to help over Christmas

Do you scream: “SANTA!!!! I know him, I know him!!” every time you see Santa Claus? Then we have the perfect role for you.

Buzz.ie reports Finnish Lapland is hiring elves for this year’s Christmas season, which runs from November until the start of January.

Elf duties include looking after groups, managing bus trips, showing people around, smiling for children and hanging around Santa’s workshop.

While recruits will need to relocate to Finland, Lapland will help Santa’s little helpers sort out reasonably priced shared accommodation during their stay. Recruits will also benefit from discounts at some local restaurants.

Vacancies are available in Lapland locations in Saariselkä, Levi, Rovaniemi, Hetta, Olos and Ylläs. So yo, ho, ho and away to Lapland you go!
