Be open with unseen conditions at interview, says women’s health campaigner

A recruitment consultant, who has taken her battle for menstrual wellbeing to be taught in Britain’s classrooms to Parliament this week, has told Recruiter it’s no bad thing for consultants to be open about unseen conditions they may have at interview.
Alice Smith (pictured), a senior consultant at technology staffing specialist Oscar Technology, met with education minister Nick Gibb this week. Smith has suffered with endometriosis, a condition where the cells that lie in the womb grow outside it, which can lead to internal bleeding and organs to stop working, since she was 14.
