Best of Both Worlds recruitment drive for nurses in Northamptonshire

Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) has launched a recruitment drive for nurses to work at hospitals in Wellingborough, Corby and Daventry.
The recruitment drive covers staff nurses (band 5), while there is also a vacancy for a Band 6 ward sister at Corby Community Hospital.
To support the recruitment drive, the Trust is holding a recruitment day at Isebrook Hospital in Wellingborough on Saturday 26 January from 10am to 4pm where nurses will be able find out more about the available roles and meet members of the nursing teams. Interviews will also take place on the day.
Newly qualified nurses wishing to further develop their skills and management abilities in a nurse-led unit are all invited to attend.
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is one of the key partners in the ‘Best of Both Worlds’ recruitment campaign, launched last year to tackle the national shortage of doctors and nurses by highlighting the benefits of relocating to Northamptonshire, including the varied career opportunities and better quality of life.
The campaign unites the University of Northampton, Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Northampton General Hospital, Kettering General Hospital (KGH), St Andrew’s Healthcare and Northants GP.
