Recruiter’s Charity of the Year: ASTRiiD makes its case

ASTRiiD is the next of this year’s shortlisted charities to stake its claim to be Recruiter’s Charity of the Year 2019.

Voting has begun for readers to nominate our charity for the coming year. Over the next week or so, Recruiter will feature representatives from each shortlisted charity, who will tell you why you should vote for them.

The next charity to feature is our 2018 charity of the year ASTRiiD, whose aim is to help people with long-term health problems by matching them with employers who need their skills.

Recruiter spoke to ASTRiiD chairman Steve Shutts, who elaborated on the charity’s work and why you should vote for them.

Readers can vote on the Recruiter Awards site. Voting closes on 22 March ahead of announcing the winning charity on 25 March.
