Churchward says Investing in Talent Awards confirm firm’s best strategies work

Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards have helped reinforce the idea that the positive things the agency does is paying off, according to Matt Churchward, CEO at The Green Recruitment Company.

Ahead of Friday’s deadline for entries in this year’s Investing In Talent Awards, Recruiter caught up with Churchward.

He told Recruiter: “Being involved in the Recruiter Investing in Talent Awards has been brilliant on a number of levels. The in-depth shortlisting and interviewing process has created both networking opportunities as well as a scenario for a lot of self-analysis into what has and hasn’t worked well for the business over the past year. This has helped provide clarity on future strategy.

“Winning [these] awards has proven to be helpful in attracting talent and also bringing a certain level of external reinforcement that the positive things we are doing are paying off. Also, the awards ceremony is great!”

Recruiters only have until Friday (12 July) to get their entries into this year’s Awards, so choose your categories and get your entries in here.
