Recruiters not obliged to agree to flexible working due to the heat

While allowing consultants to work flexibly in the hot weather would seem a sensible approach, agency bosses are under no obligation to agree to such requests.

As parts of Britain contend with the hottest day on record, where temperatures are set to hit 39 deg C, and with the TUC and careers site Totaljobs urging businesses to allow workers to work flexibly this week, Recruiter spoke to legal experts for their take on where agencies stand in tackling requests for flexible working in the hot weather.
