• Business scheduling software provider Cronofy has integrated with Infor, a provider of business software for specific industries in the cloud, to embed the company’s scheduling technology into Infor's talent acquisition solution.

• Job board CV-Library has announced a new CV search integration with intelligent recruitment automation platform EVA.ai.

• GradTouch, a career platform for advertising student and graduate recruitment opportunities, has merged with graduate recruitment design and delivery provider Smart Resourcing Solutions (SRS). Following the deal, SRS will continue to provide assessment design and delivery services to employers and for universities as a supplier of large-scale assessment centre simulations.

• Multi-sector recruiter Groomfield Recruitment has secured new funding to diversify its offering. The recruitment agency took advantage of the Business Banking Switch (BBS), securing a £25k incentive funding, as well as a £1.2m invoice finance package from Santander UK. The additional funding will see the agency recruit specialists – both permanent and temporary – in a newly created engineering division.

• Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has closed the acquisition of 2GET, an executive search firm in Brazil. Paulo Mendes, a founder and executive board member of 2GET, will lead the newly combined Heidrick & Struggles operation in Brazil. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

• Applicant tracking software provider Hireserve has integrated with careers site Reed.co.uk.

• Executive search firm Mackenzie Stuart Group has completed a management buyout from its major shareholders by the current executive team of Dominic Paglia and Nick Jenkins. The duo purchased an additional 46% equity from the other shareholders to now own 74% of the business.
