Recruitment agency and MD admit to pension fraud

A recruitment agency and its managing director have pleaded guilty to misleading The Pensions Regulator (TPR) by falsely claiming staff enrolled in a workplace pension.

A statement, released by the regulator last week, reveals Hertfordshire-based SKL Recruitment and MD Linus Kadzere admitted wilfully failing to comply with their workplace pension duties and recklessly providing false information to TPR at their appearance at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 13 November.
