Head of coffee role at Tate Britain pays £40k

This is because Tate Britain is recruiting for a £40k a year role of head of coffee.

The successful candidate will source, blend and roast coffee for use in all of subsidiary Tate Eats’ sites and manage the Hot Beverage Team that is responsible for all aspects of tea and coffee delivery, as well as driving all external sales including: a slot-roasting programme, wholesale and white label contracts. 

The successful candidate will also provide strong leadership and lead a team that makes a unique, ethical, quality-driven product while delivering a profitable business model.

Candidates will need to have a successful track record of business development, sales and strategy, extensive experience of cupping and espresso quality assessment, as well as experience in developing blends for espresso and filter coffee.

Interviews are due to take place on 10 February.
