That’s because on 17 March, St Patrick’s Day, Zippia, a career resource company based in San Francisco, wants to pay someone $1k (£770) to watch Irish movies all day long.

The lucky recruit will also receive a McDonald’s gift card (good for four LARGE Shamrock Shakes), a family-sized ready-to-go meal of corned beef and cabbage, a copy of their favourite U2 album and a family size box of Lucky Charms.
