Jacobs, who joined Hunter Bond in early March, has held main board positions at Adecco UK and Hudson UK during his 44 years in recruitment. He grew the Office Angels network to over 100 branches from 60 while managing a headcount of 650 staff. Over the last 10 years, he has been actively involved in supporting and developing a wide range of recruitment businesses throughout the UK and abroad.

“His enormous experience will significantly strengthen our board’s capabilities and operating effectiveness,” said Lee Ballen and Steve Perkins, joint owners/MDs of Hunter Bond in a prepared statement. “We know Paul’s experience and abilities will super-charge our development.”
