Momentum is building toward 24 September when a new recruitment sector benchmark will be set: the first virtual Recruiter Awards will be held and shared with viewers who register to watch from wherever they might be.

“We knew that 2020 had to be an extra-special year for the Recruiter Awards,” said Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke. “We could not have predicted, though, just how special and different and ground-breaking this awards gala would be!”

Set for 16.30 hours BST, the awards programme – which will feature presentations of all of the award categories – will allow registrants to create their own appropriately socially distanced celebrations with their choice of food, drink and company to cheer on their favourites on the shortlist. 

Since it will be available online, colleagues, friends and relatives can also take part, watch the proceedings and share that ‘open the envelope please’ moment – but they, like you, must register beforehand.
