Alium Partners rebrands as Valtus UK

UK interim and transformation management firm Alium Partners has rebranded as Valtus UK.

The rebrand follows the acquisition of Alium in 2019 by Valtus, a transition management company with headquarters in France. Valtus is part of interim management group Globalise.

Valtus provides companies ranging from start-ups to global giants and their investors with highly experienced interim executives to solve strategic challenges.

Valtus UK works across a broad range of sectors including energy and natural resources, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, telecoms, education and defence.
