• Global search network Kennedy Executive Search has elected Pablo Perella-Berdun as its new president and Frank Knudsen as vice-president. The election is a result of the network’s Economic Interest Group (EIG), where all partners become equal stakeholders and elect their leadership each year.

Perella-Berdun is managing partner of Talent Corporate Solutions, the Latin-American partner office of Kennedy Executive Search. Knudsen is managing partner at DNA Headhunting, Kennedy Executive’s partner office in Denmark.

• Recruitment specialists Nicholas Associates Group is strengthening its Stafforce brand, following the promotion of Alison Cook to operations director. Currently head of Stafforce Managed Services brand, Cook will take much wider operational responsibilities with the long-term goal of aligning the internal processes, client delivery and the candidate experiences of the Stafforce branch network and managed services brands.
