Recruiter Awards judges ready for record number of entries!

A record number of entries have been received for this year’s Recruiter Awards, showing that, despite a challenging year, recruitment professionals are brimming with confidence and optimism.

We can now reveal our line-up of judges, who are ready to receive this host of excellent entries. Drawn from all areas of best practice and innovation in recruitment and resourcing, they are leading experts in the field, including previous Recruiter Awards winners and M&A and finance experts, brought together to ensure the rigour of our judging process.

Here is an introduction to half of our judging panel, with the rest to follow in a future story:

  • Harald Ackerschott – Psychologist and internationally renowned expert in aptitude diagnostics and people assessment. 
  • Sid Barnes – Founder and CEO of Mastermind Consulting and CEO of Elite Leaders.
  • Michael Barrington-Hibbert – Managing partner at executive search and advisory firm Barrington-Hibbert Associates. 
  • Mike Beesley – Founder of TIMESTWO Investments, director of The HR World and former CEO of Sanderson.
  • Fraser Butters – Director and founder of Pervasive PR, focusing on the specific field of PR for HR and recruitment.
  • Dave Chaplin – CEO and founder of contracting authority ContractorCalculator and tax compliance firm IR35 Shield.
  • Alan Crockert – Owner of Alan Crockert Consulting.
  • Cynthia Davis – CEO of diversity & inclusion consultancy BAME Recruitment and Diversifying.io
  • Heather DeLand – Executive creative director at employer software business Radancy.
  • Alison Ettridge – CEO at talent consultancy firm Talent Intuition.
  • James Fieldhouse – M&A managing director at accountancy and business advisory firm BDO.
  • Alan Furley – Director at ISL Recruitment.
  • Paul Gosling – Managing director at specialist recruiter Porter Gosling.
  • Lysha Holmes – Owner of rec-to-rec firm Qui Recruitment.
  • Matthew Jeffery – Recruiter director, UK & Ireland at professional services organisation EY.
