The judges met – albeit virtually, for the first time – last week (10 March) to determine the shortlist. This was no small task, due to the record-breaking number of excellent entries received this year. 

Each entry goes through a rigorous assessment by acclaimed and respected industry experts. Our judges are leaders from varied backgrounds, including previous winners, best practice gurus, and also finance and recruitment M&A experts who will examine the financial achievements of the recruitment and resourcing organisations entered for the Awards.
