Julie Smith has joined the group as regional CEO – UK and Europe. Smith was previously vice president of operations at Volt Consulting Group, where she expanded the business across 26 European countries. An Empresaria statement said that Smith is considered to be an expert in the industry on recruitment process outsourcing and managed service programmes.

Rafael Moyano has joined the group as regional CEO – APAC. Empresaria said that Moyano has worked across three continents and has led a diverse workforce of 60,000 contractors and employees across the talent management, recruitment, technology, IT and engineering industries. He joins the group from The Adecco Group, where he spent 12 years, and was most recently the CEO of Australia. Prior to his senior role there, Moyano was CFO for the Asia Pacific region.

Empresaria said Smith’s and Moyano’s responsibilities will include the development and growth of operations in their regions.
