A company statement said that JSA’s latest acquisition, its sixth since 2018, will enable the company to provide additional technology, funding and consultancy services to the contingent workforce. 

This expanded offering will include back-office management solutions for recruitment agency partners. 

In addition, the statement said, JSA will now be able to provide comprehensive compliance and payment solutions to international workers, following the Workr Group’s work in this arena, managing more than £100m of pay across 85 countries.

All of The Workr Group’s board are staying with the business as it becomes part of the JSA stable. 

The Workr Group’s companies are: Workr Umbrella, Workr Accounting, Workr International, Workr Freelance , Workr Compliance, Workr Construction, and Workr Solutions. Easypay Services is part of the Workr Solutions group.
