A company statement said Paramo has been an integral part of the management and growth of BIE’s Search Practice, delivering a record number of senior-level retained search assignments across all HR disciplines, hiring HR leaders on behalf of a range of global corporate, SME and start-up organisations. She has also provided invaluable counsel to clients, the statement said.

London-based BIE specialises in a combination of interim management, executive search and transformation expertise across five broad market functions of finance, HR, supply chain and procurement, IT and technology transformation.
