Samuel Knight International appoints Kaiser as chair

Global manpower provider Samuel Knight International has announced the appointment of Paul Kaiser, former UNW corporate finance partner, as its new chairman.

Kaiser is a former North-East Insider deal maker who has advised on mergers & acquisitions, disposals and private equity-sponsored transactions. Within the manpower services sector, he advised on the sales of Nigel Wright to Baird Capital and the Frank Group to Living Bridge. 

A company statement said: “He has a track record of supporting businesses in building shareholder value.”

Samuel Knight founder and CEO Steven Rawlingson said that Kaiser’s arrival came “at a time of acceleration” for the company, specialising in clean energy manpower. “Despite the global pandemic,” Rawlingson said, “we have been able to successfully expand on our renewable energy offer.”
