• Recruitment consultancy Greystone has promoted Daniel Esfandiari to senior associate. Esfandiari joined Greystone in 2016 as an associate – sustainability and building physics. His promotion comes via The Greystone Academy. The recruiter says it is in an ongoing recruitment campaign to secure a minimum of 10 new consultants through The Academy.

• The Institute for Employment Studies (IES) has appointed Claire Campbell as its new director of HR research and consulting. Campbell is currently a programme director at Timewise, a flexible working consultancy. She has worked as a director in both in-house HR and consultancy roles, including in a number of central government departments.

Waterfield joins Petroplan as director, North America

Specialist energy talent acquisition group Petroplan has appointed David Waterfield as director for North America to support the company’s growth in the US and Canada.
