A company statement said Parr joins Adzuna to “help drive the business through its next phase of growth”. 

He most recently spent five years as CFO at global performance marketing agency ForwardPMX where he helped lead the expansion of the team and business from 200 to 1,000+ people and from four to 22 offices across 16 markets. While at Forward, he also led the sale of Forward3D to Stagwell, the merger with PMX Agency to create Forward PMX, and acquisition of The Search Agency.

At Adzuna, he will work alongside the existing finance and management teams to help them grow and scale the business.
