• House of HR has completed the acquisition of German IT and engineering recruitment firm SOLCOM, its fourth acquisition in Germany. The HR firm says it is taking the “next step” in its growth with the acquisition. It has acquired 100% of SOLCOM.

• Finnish talent acquisition start-up Jobilla has raised €8.25m (£6.9m) from venture capital investors Juuri Partners and Trind VC to offer its AI recruiting platform to more companies. Jobilla’s solution combines AI-powered candidate filtering, a mobile-supported funnel and marketing strategies that ensure the best candidates see the job opportunities.
