Zachary Daniels gives employees majority stake in business

Retail recruitment specialist Zachary Daniels has given its employees a majority stake in the business, the company has announced.

Co-founders Danny Monfea and Zac Clements have placed the company serving the physical and online retail market into an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT). Like the John Lewis employee-owned trust, continued profits will see profits shared across the team.

At 10 years old, Zachary Daniels has about 30 employees and two dogs.

“Over the past two years, we’ve really seen everyone taking their commitment to another level,” said Monfea. “Often, it’s almost felt as though they had a stake in the business. So, Zac and I decided to put plans in place to make sure they do.”
