According to deverellsmith, the acquisition, which was advised by legal advisory and law firm Wright Hassall, is consistent with the group strategy of accelerating growth in the recruitment business through strategic acquisitions and widening our footprint outside of the greater London area.

The acquisition of Broomham Recruitment fits into deverellsmith’s strategy “to support our customers in making smarter decisions”.
