• International HR and recruitment management platform RAMP Global has appointed Geoff Curry as chief operating officer. Curry was most recently managing director of Reach plc, where he led the recruitment technology business. In his new role he will lead the commercial operations and product development and report directly to CEO and founder John Paul Caffery.

• Legal recruitment consultancy Realm Recruit has appointed Ben Cowlishaw and Roselyne Zekia as senior consultants in Altrincham. They will attend Realm’s proprietary training programme to become practice area specialists. Cowlishaw will focus on recruiting for the residential property market in the North-West. Zekia will be working as part of the business’s commercial division, focusing on recruiting commercial insurance lawyers.
