NEW TO THE MARKET: 4-8 APRIL 2022

This week’s new launches include: Diversely, Invenia Group, JobAdder, MM Search, SimkissGuy Recruitment

• Executive search firm Invenia Group has launched The Simone Taylor Fund to raise money for charities working towards the prevention and treatment of cancer. Further information of the fundraising events can be found here. The fund was set up in memory of Invenia colleague and friend Simone Taylor, who sadly passed away from triple-negative breast cancer at the age of 32 last August.

• Global recruitment software provider JobAdder has partnered with bias-free hiring platform Diversely to roll out a new integration, which will help hiring teams source and secure diverse talent. Users can track five demographics during the hiring process, including gender, race, ethnicity and age. The integration also helps clients with rewriting job ads for cultural sensitivity and identifying job boards that address socio-economic divides. Employers will be able to see if there are traditionally underrepresented elements in profiles, and algorithms can pull skills out of profiles and use them to rank applicants when there are lots of candidates.

• Executive search firm MM Search has launched its IT Tech Exec Search division in Scotland, following increased demand for senior roles in the sector. Douglas Hamilton joins as associate partner to lead the new division. It has also promoted Euan Bodie to business delivery manager. The firm was previously based in St Vincent Street, and has now relocated to 25 Blythswood Square in Glasgow.

• Midlands-based SimkissGuy Recruitment has launched a healthcare division to support a variety of businesses across the UK with their recruitment needs. The roles include mental health support to full-time residential care.
