The announcement comes during Pride Month and complements NHSPS’s ongoing commitment to improving diversity & inclusion across the organisation.

Rodriguez joins NHSPS from Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S)/Ministry of Defence and is a highly experienced senior D&I practitioner. She will lead NHSPS’s EDI transformation to support the organisation’s commitment to create an inclusive, collaborative and engaging environment where colleagues feel valued and respected.

Rodriguez said she was delighted to have joined NHSPS “at a pivotal moment in their journey”.
