HSBC supports green recruiter LSP Renewables with growth plans

A global environmental recruitment business has won £5m financing from HSBC UK and $1.5m (£1.3m) from HSBC Taiwan.

Bromley-based LSP Renewables, a talent and recruitment specialist dedicated to servicing the international renewable energy industry, will utilise both the funding and the global HSBC network to support its growing business, according to the company.

HSBC UK was able to provide a tailored green working capital finance solution for the business, providing access to accelerated cash in multiple geographies. Additionally, HSBC Taiwan provided a $1.5m Green Service Trade to support the subsidiary in the country, which was facilitated by Aaron Boland, global relationship manager, HSBC UK.

Founded in 2017, LSP has expanded to multiple geographies. It focuses upon placing candidates within onshore and offshore wind, solar, green hydrogen and electric vehicle charging industries.
