This week’s new contracts & deals include: Enate, Evolve Scientific Recruitment, NES Fircroft, TMF Group

NES Fircroft has acquired scientific and technical recruitment firm Evolve Scientific Recruitment in Australia. NES Fircroft provides a range of contract and permanent talent solutions to the life sciences, power, renewables, oil & gas, infrastructure, chemicals and mining sectors worldwide. The acquisition of Evolve, with its local scientific and technical recruitment expertise will strengthen NES Fircroft’s position for both scientific and technical employment solutions across APAC, according to a company statement.

• Global administrative services provider TMF Group and end-to-end workflow management platform Enate have announced a three-year extension to their existing partnership with a focus on growth and collaboration. The partnership will concentrate on driving the operational model into new geographies, doubling the number of Enate users to over 7,000, while maintaining consistency and quality of delivery. TMF Group first began working with Enate to develop a new workflow strategy and growth agenda following an acquisition by private equity firm CVC in 2019.
