PSR Group appoints CEO, strengthens leadership team

The PSR Group, which operates in five key markets – construction, healthcare, FinTech, technology and social value – has restructured its leadership team.

The group has announced key internal changes as part of a wider group restructuring programme that will position the business for continued success.

James Sanders (pictured), who served as managing director for 18 years, assumes the role of CEO for PSR Group. David Berks has been appointed to the newly created role of chief operating officer for PSR Group.

CEO Sanders said: “David has played a leading role in the group’s strategic growth, encompassing the companies which now form our group structure. He has succeeded in every position he has held and shown great commitment and been instrumental to the growth of the company.”

The journey to strengthen the leadership team began earlier this year, when the business appointed Dominique Dixon as chief marketing officer to support the rapid growth of the group portfolio.

As a result of the above changes, John Berks has been appointed MD of the PSR Solutions brand, based out of the Stafford office and replacing James Sanders. In this role he will continue to oversee the business operation, expansion and execution of the business strategy across the built environment market in the UK.

Sanders commented: “Since 2008, John has been pivotal to the growth of PSR Solutions and brings an undisputed skill set of harnessing and developing talent within the business. John has been a loyal member of the team with vast experience of the construction recruitment market, I feel very privileged to announce this thoroughly deserved promotion.”
