GMP Recruitment acquires Worcester agency TRCM

Engineering, manufacturing, logistics and administration recruiter GMP Recruitment has acquired a Worcester jobs agency.

Founded by Tony Maguire in 2013, TRCM has recruited individuals into the engineering, manufacturing and administration sectors over the past 10 years.

As part of the deal, staff will move across to GMP Recruitment with TRCM’s current directors, including Maguire, stepping away from the newly merged business. TRCM’s Sansome Street offices will also close and be merged into GMP’s Worcester base.

GMP Recruitment, founded in 2019 by Gareth Matts and fellow director Mike Pincott, place more than 1,000 people a year into permanent or temporary office, engineering, manufacturing and logistics jobs. The company works with organisations across the industrial, legal, finance, logistics, office and hospitality sectors.
