InterQuest Group announces major changes at the top

The InterQuest Group has announced that current COO Greg Coleshill will assume the role of CEO within the InterQuest Staffing business with immediate effect.

Coleshill has played a pivotal role in growing InterQuest’s Risk business over the past four years and successfully undertaking the COO role earlier this year, the company said. As CEO, Coleshill will be entrusted with full responsibility for the operational running of InterQuest.

In a strategic move, CEO Chris Eldridge will transition into the role of chief growth officer. Eldridge will focus on driving revenue through cultivating opportunities across both existing and new customers. Additionally, Eldridge will continue to oversee InterQuest’s business in America.

Group finance director Neil Brown will take on the role of CFO within InterQuest.

Gary Ashworth, chairman of the InterQuest Group, commented: “I want to thank Chris Eldridge for all his hard work and dedication during his time as CEO. I am delighted to see Greg, who has successfully grown within our business, take on his new role.

“I believe his appointment as CEO will steer InterQuest towards continued success, new opportunities, and growth. I am also pleased to see the expertise of Chris and Neil Brown being channelled into pivotal roles within InterQuest.”
