Sheffield Haworth marks ‘new chapter’ with leadership promotions

Sheffield Haworth, a global consultancy in people and transformational change, has announced a series of strategic management appointments as the company positions itself for future growth.

In a key move for the company, which regularly appeared in Recruiter’s annual HOT 100 list, Alex Cormack has been appointed as CEO. A newly created role, Cormack will be responsible for delivering the corporate strategy set by the board, and chairing the executive management committee.

Patrick Meehan has been appointed chief financial & operating officer, expanding his role from group finance director. Meehan will oversee the financial and operational health of the company and drive strategic planning on behalf of the board, reporting directly to the CEO.

The company is also pleased to announce that Emily Von Kohorn has been appointed as a member of the executive management committee. She will continue as co-head of the global real assets practice alongside Jennifer Novack.

Julian Bell takes on the role of global head of the banking and markets practices, in addition to his current position as head of the US region. Furthermore, Novack and Helen Tudor, MD and global head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Sheffield Haworth, have been appointed to the senior advisory board, advising on strategic and corporate governance matters and acting as senior ambassadors for the group.

Tim Sheffield, founder and chair of Sheffield Haworth, commented: “These appointments mark an important milestone and new chapter for Sheffield Haworth. I am confident that under their leadership, we will continue to progress towards the strategic vision and ambitions of the group.”
