Bluestones Group announces multi-brand acquisition

Bluestones Investment Group has announced a multi-brand acquisition deal for the PACE Investments Group’s recruitment businesses.

Following the announcement earlier this year of the acquisition of HOME Recruitment and the Australasian Recruitment Company (ARC), this latest deal will bring to 24 recruitment and staffing services businesses within the Bluestones Group’s portfolio.

This latest acquisition sees Bluestones developing services and companies focused on ‘all things recruitment’, and further building its dedicated investment division, said group CEO Steve Pendergast.

The acquisition deal is for the following companies:

  • EC&I Partners – a specialist electrical, control & instrumentation recruitment company that supplies personnel to support installation, maintenance, decommissioning and production projects in contract and permanent roles throughout the UK.
  • Green Carbon Talent – a boutique recruitment company focused on the domestic renewable sector, supporting businesses throughout the UK with their contract and permanent staffing requirements.
  • ENS Group – a healthcare specialist business that has been providing recruitment, care and training to its clients for over 30 years, mainly in the South of England.
  • 1st Choice – a multi-sector temporary, permanent, and contract recruitment business with three branches across Bedford, Huntingdon, and Milton Keynes – that has been established in the area since 1989.

Matt Cody, Bluestones Group’s investment CEO, commented that new start-ups would be a target for the firm’s investment division.
