The firm says his appointment marks a “significant” milestone in its journey to becoming an end-to-end solution provider for recruitment agencies and flexible workers worldwide.

Under Arnold’s leadership, QPS will expand beyond traditional Umbrella and CIS services. The company plans to integrate accountancy services, mortgages, wealth management and global mobilisation into its portfolio. This approach aims to deliver a truly global proposition for agencies and flexible workers.

Arnold said: “My vision for QPS is to change the perception of an umbrella provider from a transactional service to becoming an extension of the recruitment agency. We aim to provide a platform that enhances their offering, securing new clients while attracting and retaining the best candidates.
