This week’s appointments include: Acorn by Synergie, DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency, Includability, The Big Issue

Ian Price, former director of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry) Wales, has returned to recruitment agency Acorn by Synergie, 19 years since he was an employee with the company. Price worked with Acorn between 1996 and 2005 and was instrumental in helping the business through a significant growth period. He is now supporting local companies including Acorn by Synergie in a non-executive capacity.

Patrick Graham, co-founder of Includability, and founder and CEO of socially responsible recruiter DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency, has joined The Big Issue as a non-executive director. Graham will work closely with one of the UK’s most impactful social enterprises, helping them push forward their mission to break the cycle of poverty and uplift those in need. He will focus on growing Big Issue Recruit, the service supporting people facing barriers to employment.
