Sphere Digital Recruitment appoints Puzey and Haddad to support global expansion

Sphere Digital Recruitment is welcoming Jemma Puzey and Mary Haddad to the team, as the specialist recruiter gears up for three years of global expansion.

Appointed as senior client partner in the marketing technology and SaaS division, Puzey (above left) joins from Certus Recruitment Group and will focus on B2B (business-to-business) technology vendors in the UK and EMEA.

Haddad (above right) joins from eCommerce recruiter Cranberry Panda and appointed senior client partner to expand Sphere’s service offering in D2C (direct-to-consumer) technology platforms and client side businesses in the eCommerce, Amazon and Marketplace division.

Sphere’s CEO Ed Steer said: “2023 was a tough market for many businesses and while we experienced that at Sphere, too, we also took the opportunity to focus on our longer-term plans.

“In 2024 we wanted to make critical hires who could accelerate our global expansion and in our core markets. Jemma and Mary are two people we have wanted to work with for many years and who we know will help us expand our business with existing and new customers in the UK, EMEA and the US as they work closely with our teams in each of these regions.”
