APPOINTMENTS: 6-10 JANUARY 2025

This week’s appointments include: Heidrick & Struggles, Multiplier

Heidrick & Struggles has expanded its global climate and sustainability practice, led by Scott Atkinson, partner and global head of climate and sustainability practice. In addition, the search firm has hired four new leaders to strengthen its sustainability work in Europe and beyond. Uroš Zver, Rafe Jackson and William Gibbs will play a pivotal role in advancing its global technology and climate and sustainability practices. Additionally, with a background in venture and growth equity, Edmund Thomson Jones will help accelerate the growth of its venture capital practice. These four leaders join from True, a global search firm specialising in the venture and growth space.

Multiplier, a global employment platform, has made two appointments. Pratik Gandhi joins as managing director and chief operating officer. With over 25 years’ leadership experience across industries like fintech, banking and consulting, he brings expertise in managing global finance, operations and customer service teams. Matt Carr joins as chief revenue officer (CRO) from Paycorm where he drove initiatives to achieve growth. With his HR tech expertise, Carr will spearhead efforts to expand Multiplier’s market presence and revenue growth.
