APPOINTMENTS: 17-21 FEBRUARY 2025

• Real estate recruitment firm Madison Berkeley has appointed Jack Wyke as a recruitment resourcer in its Central London office. Wyke’s international work experience and his internship with Phoenix Group’s asset management team will provide valuable research contributions to the firm. He will be working alongside founders Nina Zeilerbauer and Clare Coe to gain industry insights.
• Marks Sattin, a specialist recruitment and executive search agency, has appointed Andy Barnes as director of financial services and Ed Hall as director of technology. With 25 years of experience, including running his own recruitment, finance and regulatory services business, Barnes will oversee finance, risk, legal, and change management specialists for temporary, contract and permanent hiring. He will initially focus on consolidating the company's financial services market presence, refreshing the division's brand, and establishing a national change and transformation desk. Hall has nearly a decade of experience in technology recruitment. He will focus on expanding the technology division, aiming to triple the size of the team within two years.
• SPG Resourcing, part of Solution Performance Group, has appointed Sham Chohan to lead the growth of its European cyber security recruitment division. With an extensive background in technology recruitment, Chohan brings expertise in the technology and security sectors.
• Global talent solutions provider The IN Group has appointed Christiaan Cumine as chief technology officer (CTO). Cumine will oversee the firm’s technology strategy and support its growth plans. He has held senior roles at Hays, including chief product officer.
