Graduate Career Solutions, part of the Nicholas Associates Group of companies, has been appointed as a supplier for M&J Evans’ graduate recruitment programme. M&J was founded in 2003 and has seven operational sites nationwide.

PureGym has selected candidate experience platform inploi to transform its talent attraction strategy and candidate experience. PureGym implemented inploi’s recruitment platform on 1 January 2025 and has seen a 109% year-on-year increase in candidates progressing in the hiring process. The new application process, incorporating chatbot technology, has reduced completion time from five minutes to 40 seconds. The inploi platform uses automation and programmatic tools for job board distribution, enhances candidate engagement and screens applicants. A live dashboard offers performance metrics and insights into the hiring process.

SnappCV has announced a strategic partnership with BearTech to enhance its AI-powered recruitment platform. This collaboration will integrate advanced automation and AI-driven insights to streamline hiring and improve the candidate experience. As the world’s first digital recruitment tool with voice-enabled job search on Amazon Alexa, SnappCV reports rapid adoption, with 90,000 downloads in its first two months. With BearTech’s expertise in bespoke software and digital innovation, the partnership aims to scale SnappCV’s platform, making recruitment smarter, fairer and more efficient.
