This week’s new contracts & deals include: Adecco Group, Animmersion UK, Bullhorn, Manchester City Council, Recite Me
• Adecco Group is expanding its partnership with recruiting software firm Bullhorn to enhance AI-driven recruitment processes. By integrating Bullhorn’s search and match technology and Recruitment Cloud solutions, Adecco aims to improve talent matching efficiency and streamline recruitment operations.
As part of this collaboration, Adecco will implement Bullhorn’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) across its platforms. This AI-powered system automates candidate searches, reducing manual effort and improving time-to-fill rates. The integration with Salesforce’s #Agentforce Partner Network ensures a smooth transition within Adecco’s existing infrastructure. Bullhorn’s technology will be deployed across Adecco’s business units, including Adecco, Akkodis and LHH, supporting recruitment teams in identifying suitable candidates more effectively.
• Animmersion UK has partnered with Unipres to create a virtual reality (VR) recruitment tool, offering a new way to attract talent. The tool provides a 360-deg virtual tour of Unipres’ manufacturing facility, showcasing daily operations, workplace culture and diverse roles within the company. This allows prospective employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of the work environment without needing an in-person visit.
The VR experience includes interactive features, such as the ability to explore specific areas, access contextual information and test knowledge through engaging activities. This approach enhances recruitment efforts, saving time and resources by providing a cost-effective alternative to traditional site visits.
• Manchester City Council has enhanced its recruitment process by integrating the Recite Me Assistive Toolbar, making job applications more accessible. This initiative supports the council’s Workforce Equality Strategy, aiming to reflect Manchester’s diverse community, where over 200 languages are spoken and 22% of residents have a disability. Since introducing the toolbar, job applications have more than doubled, with a significant rise in diversity – employees identifying as disabled increased from 4.7% in 2021 to 8.7% in 2024. The council continues to lead in inclusive hiring, ensuring opportunities for all.
