With more than 20 years’ financial experience and knowledge in the sector, Swindell joins the professional services specialist from recruitment consultancy Axon Moore, where he was finance director.

It is a newly-appointed role with Sellick Partnership, which will see Swindell focus on enhancing the company’s financial planning and analysis capabilities, while also identifying growth opportunities, according to a company statement.

Hannah Cottam, CEO at Sellick Partnership, said the recruitment firm backed him to “drive the next phase” of future success.
