William Sterling Partners launches to headhunt talent in tax

William Sterling Partners, a boutique tax headhunting firm, has been launched by Glen Tovee and Oliver Baggs.

The firm will be globally focused in its searches for mid to senior tax appointments, a company statement said.

Baggs (above right) has years of previous experience in tax recruitment, previously associate director – head of Europe at Pure Search, and is known for moving high-quality tax professionals and scaling recruitment teams.

Tovee (above left), also experienced in recruitment, co-owned his last firm 94TECH, which achieved a headcount of 40 and £4m net fee income, before exiting the business in September last year.
